- An authorization that should include the ATHLETE data, the THIRD PARTY information and the EVENT name, which will be retained during the participation Kit Delivery.

- A duplicate of the ATHLETE ID document, which will also be retained during the participation Kit Delivery;
- Original ID photo document (RG or Driver’s License) or a THIRD PARTY Passport.
- REGISTRATION RECEIPT printed when the registration payment was done. This receipt shall be retained when the participation Kit is delivered.
- The ORIGINAL, and paid, PAYMENT RECEIPT or BANK SLIP (no duplicates will be accepted, in any circumstances). This receipt will be retained when the participation Kit is delivered.
e - For the ATHLETES younger than 18 years old, the documents described above and the written authorization of a PARENTS or LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE will be required, which can be presented as follows:
- Signed and proved by a notary and attached to a legalized hard copy of the PARENTS or LEGAL RESPRESENTATIVE identification document, which shall be presented by the ATHLETE when recovering the kit, or
- Hand written authorization when recovering the participation kit, WRITTEN BY THE PARENTS or LEGAL RESPONSIBLE. In such cases, there will be the need of two witnesses at the location to sign the ATHLETE’s authorization.
f - The ATHLETE receives a CHEST NUMBER with the participation Kit.
g - It is the responsibility of ATLETA and / or the third party, duly authorized, to conference the kit at the place of withdrawal.
h - As aforementioned under letter “a” for this EVENT, the ORGANIZATION, without any obligation, by courtesy or free will, might provide the ATHLETE, as long as he/she requested it and as a loan, with the RETURNABLE (NOT DISPOSBALE) or with the DISPOSABLE CHIP to record and register timing, which will be delivered together with the participation kit, addressing the criteria listed under item 4 of this REGULATION.

By signing up for this EVENT I DECLARE that I am in accordance with the Terms of Responsibility below:
• The personal data that were or will be provided to actualize such registration in the EVENT and Yescom Ranking or complementary events and services, are under my full responsibility and/or of my technical representative, head coach or team coordinator, being entirely responsible for their truth, under the penalties of the law.
• I have read and I have fully agreed with the EVENT regulations and their services, available at the www.yescom.com.br webpage, declaring, expressly, that all norms and rules included in it are based on legal issues, balance and common sense, and being so I will not be able to declare, in the future or at any time, that I was not aware and/or that I did not agree with those.
• I take part in this EVENT or complementary events and services, by free and spontaneous will, being aware of the risks, difficulty level, originality, competition format and option, route, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and climate conditions under which it happens, exempting the ORGANIZATION, Sponsors and Directors of all liability, no matter at which level, both in my name and in my successors’.
• I am aware of my perfect health state and, yet, of being capacitated to participate in the EVENT or complementary events and services, enjoying general good health and having trained accordingly for an EVENT of this size, being exclusively responsible for any type of damage I might suffer or cause to third parties.
• I am aware and I agree with the technical information of the EVENT technical information available on the www.yescom.com.br website, including its route support services.
• I am aware that, in case of medical care requirement, it shall be made at a competent public service, exempting the ORGANIZATION from the requirement of medical assistance at a private service institution.
• I am fully responsible by any amounts resulting from personal or material damage caused by me due to third parties in general, participants, public, ORGANIZATION and of their agents, during my participation in this EVENT .
• By this regulation, I grant all of my image usage rights (inclusive rights of arena), renouncing to the receipt of any incomes resulting from promotion materials, campaigns, information, TV broadcasts, video clips, news material, commercial sales, licensing and photographs, social media, at any time, place or means and media currently available or that come to be implemented in the market for this and other EVENTS or complementary events and services, resulting from the use of such images, or during the actions aforementioned described by Yescom and/or its business partners.
• I am aware and I authorize the usage of image recording equipment in the EVENT area, such as motorcycles, vehicles, helicopters, drones and other means available for such action.
• I am ware that, when being invited, if I sign up or register to the EVENT or complementary events and services, I will automatically include myself in Yescom database, authorizing, from now, sending any type of electronic or physical mail to the registered electronic or physical address to participate in any promotion or promotional act and incentive, as well as commercial, programs developed by it and/or by its partners.
• I assume all expenses of travel, lodging, food, national or international transfers or internal displacement from the start to the arrival or arrival to the start to the run, insurance medical assistance, security and any other required expenses, or resulting from my participation in this EVENT or complementary events and services before, during or after it is finished..
• In case the ORGANIZATION provides free services related to transportation, accommodation and/or meals, among others, I declare that the consequent acceptance will happen only by free will, not implying in any contractual or professional attachment to the ORGANIZATION, and not configuring any type of obligation or responsibility.
• I, as an ATHLETE, participant or representative, coach or team lead, fully agree with the EVENT Regulation or complementary events and services, as well as with my aforementioned responsibilities, at any time or place, having nothing to claim, now or in the future, regarding its norms and rules, being any eventual relationship ruled by principles of the clearest good faith.
• I am aware that the decision and selection of including and/or excluding ATHLETES into/from the EVENT or complementary events and services, resulting from the responsible coach or team option, is under their only and exclusive responsibility. The ORGANIZATION, from now, is totally exempt from any decision or evaluation, personally, directly or indirectly related to the ATHLETE, being the coach the one true responsible for the accuracy of the information provided since, if the ATHLETE is aware of his/her registration, participation, or not, in the EVENT, then the responsibility is their own.
• I accept not to bear, as well as not to use, within the EVENT or complementary events and services, location including running routes and kit delivery, or any other EVENT or complementary events and services, public visibility area or advertising and publishing means, no material that might discriminate others in general, or with political, promotional or advertising goals, nor signs that might be seen by others without the written authorization of the ORGANIZATION; in addition, I will bear no type of material or object that might risk the EVENT or complementary events and services, ATHLETES and/or other people’s safety, including the general public, being aware that, if I do so, I might be invited to retire from the EVNENT or complementary events and services, by the ORGANIZATION or authorities present in the aforementioned areas.
• In case I participate in this EVENT or complementary events and services, representing TEAMS and ATLHETES, SERVICE PROVIDERS and/or any media or advertising vehicle, I expressly declare to be aware and to fully agree with the EVENT REGULATION or complementary events and services, as well as to respect the areas defined by the ORGANIZATION, being prohibited my physical participation in the structures that support TEAMS assembled at inadequate locations or even those that interfere with the correct progress of the EVENT without obtaining previous written authorization from the ORGANIZATION for such, being fully aware that, if I do so, I might be retired from the location at any time.
• Disregarding the fact that I might be present or not during my registration, as well as during my participation kit recovery by myself or by my COACH, TEAM LEADER OR ADMIN, I declare to be fully aware of the whole content of this competition regulation and of my rights and obligations during the EVENT or complementary events and services, having the full knowledge of the norms and rules of it, expressly granting those full and total validity, since those are based and ruled by good faith principles.
• I declare to agree that I might obtain, by the ORGANIZATION mere liberality or courtesy, the option to choose the date and location to recover my participation kit and the size of my shirt (when these faculties are expressly available in the registration process according to the criteria related to the participation kit of the EVENT regulation or complementary events and services).
• I am aware that all benefits resulting from my registration will be fully available only after the payment of the participation fee is effective and proven, being undisputed that it is under my exclusive responsibility to track the communication sent, via electronic mail, to my valid electronic address recorded in the ORGANIZATION registration system and/or any other system licensed and used by it, being also of my responsibility to access the resulting queries at the EVENT website to check for possible updates or changes in this REGULATION, news and information about the availability or not of the services and/or courtesy items to participate in the referred EVENT or complementary events and services.
• I declare that when I sign up for the EVENT or complementary events and services, and make payment through the Banck Slip or the Credit Card, the sources of the resources used to make this payment come from licit and lawful means.
• I declare that I will not give up my Chest Number of any kind or category, so that another ATHLETE might participate in the EVENT or complementary events and services, and that, in case I do that illegal substitution, I am also aware that due to that fraud I might suffer the penalties foreseen in law. I am aware that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and I will not have access to any previous results, since I can not register for the Yescom EVENTS for this period or I will be banned from Yescom's general having access to no previous results and no longer being able to register for Yescom events.
• I declare that I will only use the 50% (fifty percent) discount granted by the Elder Regulation if I am already 60 years old or above. In case it is proven that I used that benefit and/or granted my Chest Number to another ATHLETE, I authorize the ORGANIZATION to issue a bank slip charge on the difference amount resulting from that discount, considering the amount I paid in my registration, and that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and I will not have access to any previous results, being unable to register for the Yescom EVENTS or complementary events and services, for that period or that I will be banned from Yescom's having access to no previous results and no longer being able to register for Yescom events.
• I declare I am aware that, if the ORGANIZATION receives any complaint that I might have given up my Chest Number to another ATHLETE, the ORGANIZATION will be duly authorized to declassify me and the related user that used my number, being that situation considered as fraud.
• In case the ORGANIZATION offers to lend the RETURNABLE (NOT DISPOSABLE) or the DISPOSABLE CHIP, results preparation, report and/or disclosure and publication of those I, the ATHLETE, am aware of the responsibility of the correct use of that CHIP and of the correct installation of it next to his/her body/clothing, as well as of running/walking through the installed data gathering rugs, since those are electronic equipment that might suffer interference and/or information loss, being the ORGANIZATION and DIRECTORS exempt from the liability of supplying them.
• I am aware that the ORGANIZATION committee might receive and/or request information from the participants to help correcting eventual problems in the supply of results, since the Chip control system might suffer interference because it is a fragile electronic equipment that works in high frequencies, and that those corrections must happen within the 180 (one hundred and eighty) days term counted from the EVENT date on.
• I am aware that the results will be available at the EVENT website from 72 hours from the time it is finished.
• I am aware that any information requested via the CONTACT US channel can only be completed by the ATHLETE him/herself or by a proven first degree relative or yet by a duly constituted legal representative.
• I am aware that ATHLETES care always happens via the CONTACT US channels by phone +55 (11) 4191-1236, social networks or email faleconosco@yescom.com.br, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 12:00AM and 01:00PM to 05:00PM, not being available on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and commemorative dates, as well as from December 21 to 25, 2019 and from December 28, 2019 to January 02, 2020.
13 – CHIP RECOVERY
The ATHLETE is fully responsible for his/her registration, being aware of the probable EVENT dates, not charging the ORGANIZATION with any future loss he or she might suffer or need of reimbursement, when the 25th SÃO PAULO INTERNATIONAL MARATHON 2019 date is defined.
a - The courtesy Chip together with the participation Kit will happen will take place during the EXPO ATLETA MARATHON OF SÃO PAULO on April 05, 2019 from 08:00AM to 08:00PM and on 06 April 2019 from 08:00AM to 06:00PM at the Gymnasium Ibirapuera - sports courts adjacent - Manoel da Nobrega Street, 1361 - Ibirapuera - São Paulo.
Upon withdrawal of the CHIP, the ATHLETE shall check their personal data contained in the Chest Number.
b - Cadastral complaints will not be accepted after the withdrawal of CHIP.
c - The CHIP is attached to the back of the Chest Number. Do not remove it.
d - Do not folding, don´t kneading, don´t peel off the chip sticker and don´t remove the spacer foam for the correct operation..
e - Always leave the Chest Number on your chest. Do not leave it covered with blouse, jacket, backpack strap, etc.
f - Do not place the Chest Number on the side of the body (eg in the legs).
g - Do not place the arm on top of the Chest Number in timing zones.
h - In case the ATHLETE receives the CHIP of timing from the ORGANIZATION, the use of it is obligatory so that its time of participation in evidence is registered.
i - Each ATHLETE is responsible for its own CHIP, so the ORGANIZATION is totally exempt in case of loss or damage of CHIP.
14 – KIT DELIVERY FOR 60-YEAR OLD ATHLETES AND ABOVE
The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, due to the technical necessity of the race, legal impediments, situations of adaptation of the city's road in attendance to the municipality and public agencies, change the course of the race, places of departure, arrival and schedules.
a - The participation Kit together with the courtesy Chip will happen will take place during the EXPO ATLETA MARATHON OF SÃO PAULO on April 05, 2019 from 08:00AM to 08:00PM and on 06 April 2019 from 08:00AM to 06:00PM at the Gymnasium Ibirapuera - sports courts adjacent - Manoel da Nobrega Street, 1361 - Ibirapuera - São Paulo.
b - The documentation listed under item 14 of this regulation must be presented to recover the participation Kit.
c - In case it is proven that the ATHLETE has been benefited by the Elder Regulation and has given up his/her Chest Number to another ATHLETE to run on his/her behalf, the ORGANIZATION is then authorized by the registered ATHLETE to issue a bank slip charge in the amount of the registration fee difference paid in the act of your registration. The ATHLETE that made the registration will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and will not have access to any previous result, being unable to register in Yescom EVENTS for this period or will be banned from the general register Yescom does not have access to any previous results and is no longer able to register for Yescom.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
15 - CLASSIFICATION
a - The classification of the ATHLETES of the ELITE Category (A / B) of MARATHON will be according to their placement (time / order of arrival) according to the guidelines of the IAAF and CBAt, and will be published on the EVENT website in the "RESULT" report.
b - The classification of the ATLETS of the GENERAL MARATHON, HALF MARATHON and 5K RACING Categories will be defined according to their placement by the net time obtained by the ATLETA (net time = time between the individual starting and individual arrival), and will be published on the EVENT website in the "RESULT" report.

16 - AWARDS
a - Every officially registered ATHLETE who completes the EVENT within the maximum forecasted threshold will receive a participation medal.
b - On the date of the EVENT, they will only receive the AWARDS (trophies) that they are entitled to (unofficially):
. The 5 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) that complete the race in the ELITE CATEGORY of MARATHON,
. The 5 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) who complete the race in the GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY MARATHON and
. The 5 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) that complete the race in the GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY HAF MARATHON.
c - There will be no AGE GROUP AWARDS ceremony at the podium, trophies’ delivery, nor subsequent shipment by mail.
d - No other AWARDS, except for those listed under items 16.1 - letter a, 16.2 - letter a, 16.4 - letter a and 16.8 - letter a, will be delivered on the EVENT date.
e - When provided by the ORGANIZATION according to item 4 of this REGULATION, the extra official results shall be published will be published from the 72 hours from the end of the EVENT.
f - Awards are not cumulative.
g - All ATHLETES who are called to receive AWARDS must immediately be heading to the awards delivery area.
h - When there is any type of money, vehicle, motorcycles or consumption/incentive asset AWARDS for reaching goals, the listed amounts will be the ones spent by the ORGANIZATION, and each winning ATHLETE must pay for their related fees, taxes, charges, documentation and change ownership procedures.
i - Incentive AWARDS for reaching goals (including trophies, special medals or any other type of money, vehicle, motorcycles or consumption asset AWARDS) shall be delivered ONLY to the respective ATHLETE.
j - Incentive AWARDS granted due to reached goals will be delivered via Bank or Savings Account in the name of the ATHLETE or LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE to those ATHLETES who have the right to receive them after the EVENT official results are published by the ORGANIZATION, which is linked to the CBAt official report of the anti-doping exams and to receiving the ORGANIZATION authorization to pay the ATHLETE. TO receive payment of such AWARDS, the ATHLETE must abide by the criteria defined by the ORGANIZATION (award letter signed and PROVEN BY A NOTARY and ID DOCUMENTS LEGALIZED DUPLICATES). The return of the authorization letter to the ORGANIZATION must happen up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) days. The awards might be paid I installments and on specific dates directly to the beneficiary bank or savings account.
k - In case of cash awards, the amount shall be deposited in the ATHLETE’s bank or savings account informed by the ORGANIZATION by the Payment Request Document that the ATHLETE will receive via email, where all procedures and terms to receive the payment are listed
l - The process of payment of the prizes will begin after the official results are announced and homologated by the competent entities, with a maximum deadline of up to 180 days from the moment that the ORGANIZATION receives the documentation with information for payment of the respective winners who do the right to the awards.
m - For AWARDS granted through trophies or special medals, those shall be delivered to the ATHLETE ONLY on the EVENT date.
n - In case the ATHLETE requests any AWARDS to be delivered to third parties, he/she must email a formal authorization letter, signed and proven by a notary, along with a legal duplicate of his/her ID documents to
faleconosco@yescom.com.br, informing in the SUBJECT the word “PREMIAÇÃO” (AWARDS) and in the email body he/she must explain his/her absence from the AWARDS ceremony.
o - The ATHLETES that do not return the AWARDS letter to the ORGANIZATION within the 180 (one hundred and eighty) days term after receiving it, accepts that the AWARDS amount is donated to a Philanthropist Institution that cares for People suffering from Cancer in the city of the EVENT.
p - The official EVENT results for the MEN and WOMEN GENERAL CATEGORY ATHLETES ranked among the 1st and the 10th places depend on the CBAt or another authority official disclosure of the anti-doping exams or on any other constraint that the ORGANIZATION must obey.
q - The ORGANIZATION has the right to include any other type of AWARDS to be published in the EVENT website.
r - There will be no subsequent shipment of the earned TROPHIES to the respective ATHLETES/TEAMS that were not present during the AWARDS ceremony on the date of the EVENT.
16.1 - ELITES MARATHON CLASSIFICATION AWARDS (Men and Women)
a - The FIRST 5 ELITES ATHLETES (Men and Women) who complete the MARATHON shall receive, besides the participation medal, a trophy and/or a special medal.
b - The ELITES ATHLETES placed among the 1st and 5th places in the MARATHON CLASSIFICATION will receive an incentive AWARD for the goals reached, according to the table:

16.8 - WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY AWARDS
a - The FIRST 3 ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) to complete the competition under the WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY will receive, besides the participation medal, a trophy or a special medal.
b - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY has its START line set to a different time and has Special AWARDS, not competing with other CATEGORIES.
c - It is mandatory to use helmets and 3-wheeled chairs, which must be adequate and adapted for competitions, in the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY, not being allowed to use (daily) social use wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, hand cycles or third parties’ help.
Technical Observation: The WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY is for ATHLETES that use the 3-wheeled competition wheelchairs and use both hands to move the equipment through its wheels, and not with ratchets, manual pedals, chains or other mechanical elements that favor movement.
d - It is forbidden the participation of ATHLETES who do not address this Regulation Norms.
e - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE cannot race without his/her helmet.
16.9 - DISABLE ATHLETE CATEGORY AWARDS
a - There will be no AWARDS ceremony and trophies delivered to the disabled ATHLETES who complete the competition, only medals.
b - The ATHLETE who participates in the DISBALED ATHLETE CATEGORY will not have the right to any type of bonuses except for those related to his/her CATEGORY.
17 – KIT DELIVERY OF ELITE ATHLETES AND TECHNICAL CONGRESS
b - For the withdrawal of the Kit is necessary the presentation by the ATLETA or his Technician, of the identity document with original photo (RG or Driver's License or Passport)
b - The presence of the ELITE ATHLETES and/or their COACHES and the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES and/or their COACHES is mandatory.
18 – PREMIUM SQUAD
Every ATHLETE registered in the PREMIUM SUQAD with 01 (one) companion will have the right to an VIP Tent containing the following items and services:
- Snacks
- Fruits
- Water
- Juices
- Masseuse
- Separate lockers
The registration on the PREMIUM SQUAD contemplates CHEST NUMBER (obligatory use) and MEDAL commemorative of the 25 YEARS of MARATHON INTERNATIONAL OF SÃO PAULO. They will be inserted as tokens Chip of Timing, T-Shirt commemorating the 25 YEARS of MARATHON INTERNATIONAL OF SÃO PAULO, backpack, fitness towel and cap. Other gifts may be inserted at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION.
The following items are not included in the Participation Kit for athletes duly registered, even if they are available for use in the areas composed of items 2, 3 and 4 of this REGULATION, which will not be considered as an obligation of supply by the ORGANIZATION and / or contracting of services rendered by the ATLETA.
- Elaboration of results and / or dissemination and publication thereof.
- Trophy.
- Award for goal reached.
- Gifts and accessories.
- Others.
19 - LOCKERS
19.1 - LOCKERS OF THE MARATHON AND THE HALF MARATHON
The lockers for the ATHLETES of MARATHON and HALF MARATHON will be made by bus and will be available from 05:30AM.
At 7:00AM, buses will travel from Pacaembu towards Ibirapuera Park, staying at Abílio Soares Street next to the Legislative Assembly.
The closure of the lockers of the ATHLETES of MARATHON and MEAT MARATHON will be at 01:30PM.
19.2 - LOCKERS OF THE RACE 5K
The Lockers made available to the 5K RACE ATHLETES will be made by buses that will be located next to the Ibirapuera Obelisk starting at 05:30AM with closing at 09:30AM.
20 – ASSEMBLING IF ADVISORY/COACHING TENTS
The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, due to the technical necessity of the race, legal impediments, situations of adaptation of the city's road in attendance to the municipality and public agencies, change the course of the race, places of departure, arrival and schedules.
a - The ORGANIZATION might indicate locations to assemble Advisory/Coaching tents according to the space availability within the EVENT arena, as long as they do not interfere with the good progress of the competition.
b - In case of technical or public demands, the ORGANIZATION might request to move those tents.
c - The responsibility for advertising or exhibiting trademarks is uniquely and exclusively of Advisories, Coaches, Running Clubs or Companies, exempting the ORGANIZATION of all liabilities.
d - In case there is sponsorship conflicting with the EVENT SPONSORS, the ORGANIZATION might required the Advisory/Coaches to remove their tents.
e - Tents cannot have a sound system that interferes with the EVENT sound system and the ORGANIZATION suggests they are no bigger than 20 square meters (~215 square feet).
f - The ORGANIZATION will provide security personnel to the area destined to assemble the tents; however, it will not be responsible for the tents themselves or for any damages caused to them or to the objects left in their interiors.
21 - DISCOUNTS
The ORGANIZATION and its PARTNERS may offer discounts or sales applied to registrations at their own criteria.
21.1 - DISCOUNTS
a - The discounts might vary according to the interests of the PARTNER and the ORGANIZATION.
b - The following discounts are available for this EVENT after 4:00PM on 08 August 2018 for Basic Registration and the Premium Squad:
c. If, for any reason, the ATHLETE that subscribes or signs up to one of our partners has already registered and paid the bank slip without selecting the subscriber option, he/she will not have the right to be reimbursed for the paid amount and cancel the registration.
21.2 - SALES
There will be no SALES for this EVENT besides the ones described under item 9 of this Regulation.
22– FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
a - The ORGANIZATION might, at its own criteria, include any type of awards or special participation gifts.
c - The customer care telephone number for ATHLETES is +55 (11) 4191-1236. This telephone will only care for issues related to registration data (ID documents and/or password). Our service hours by email, telephone and social networks are Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 12:00AM and 01:00PM to 05:00PM, not being available on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and commemorative dates, as well as from December 21 to 25, 2019 and from December 28, 2018 to January 02, 2020.
d - The ORGANIZATION might, at its own criteria or at the EVENT requirements, add up to or change this REGULATION in total or partially.
