The kit and chip will be delivered at Shopping Light on 2/11/2022 from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm and 2/12/2022 from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Important: there will be no kit delivery on or after the event.

PROOF OF VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19, FULL VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19, (for 2-dose vaccines) OR SINGLE-DOSE VACCINES, 14 (fourteen) DAYS BEFORE THE START OF DELIVERY OF THE PRINTED OR DIGITAL KIT IN THE OFFICIAL FORM OF THE SUS OR GOVERNMENT OF YOUR CITY OF YOUR COUNTRY.
Proof of payment or original bank payment slip (copies will not be accepted under any circumstances). This voucher will be retained in the Kit Delivery.
1st. The 50% discount on registration is exclusive for those aged 60 or over. Do not use this benefit for third parties as you will be subject to the penalties of the law. Don't give your subscription to anyone!
2nd. There will be an exclusive service desk for ATHLETES aged 60 or over when delivering a kit, which will speed up the service and check documents.
3rd. To facilitate the location of results and images, both by the ATHLETE and the Organization, the breast numbers of all categories available at the event including the ABOVE 60 YEARS category, will have a sequential series of easy location.
4th. There will be no delivery of participation kit on the day of the EVENT, nor after it.
1st. Your breast number is personal and non-transferable.
2nd. Do not give in, do not sell and do not allow a copy of your breast number, as you will be committing an infraction subject to the penalties of the law.
3rd. In case of medical attention, it is through your chest number that the emergency contact will be activated. A family member of yours may receive unexpected news when you are not participating in the event, as you have given your number to someone to run in your place.
4th. In case of electronic chip failure, your result can be analyzed from your breast number by photos and videos captured at the event.

The Organization requests extreme attention to the calls coming through the outdoor speakers in the START area for eventual adjustments in the time during the week preceding the event through the regulation of the event, social media, press, official website of the event, when the kit is withdrawn at the place of delivery and calls sound system and signs in the start area on the day of the race, for eventual adjustments in the respective timetables that may be necessary.
This regulation might be changed due to technical reasons according to this organization criterion or due to legal issues or by force majeure (act of God).
Considering the world, federal, state and municipal pandemic decrees caused by COVID-19, the date of the event is scheduled to be changed in accordance with the provisions of the relevant public agencies.
1.1 - The 15th SÃO PAULO INTERNATIONAL HALF MARATHON, is scheduled to February 28, 2021, in the city of São Paulo, with distances ranging from 21,097m (~13,109 miles) and 5,000m (~3,107 miles), for PEOPLE OF ALL SEXES, duly registered, henceforth named ATHLETES, disregarding the climate conditions.
On November 9, 2020, considering the instability of the current scenario across the country with regard to large sporting competitions where the quarantine decrees are being postponed, there is still no definition of the return of street racing of this size until the present moment, that athletes who are going to compete in a race like the São Paulo Half Marathon need training and travel schedule, that there is still no official protocol for this segment, the organizers and sponsors of the São Paulo International Half Marathon 2021, aiming at greater security for registrants, employees, suppliers and the general public, it decided to transfer the event from February 28, 2021 to February 20, 2022.
In this way, from November 9, 2020, editions 2021 and 2022 took place together on the same date forming the 15th SAO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON - SPECIAL EDITION, hereinafter called EVENT. Updates will be published on the official website, through our press office and on YESCOM social media.
On November 17, 2021, when the Brazilian Provisional Measure 1,036 of March 17, 2021 and Brazilian Law 14,046 of 2020 are still in force, in response to the request of the Municipal Sports Department of the City of São Paulo through Official Letter No. 0097/2021 - SEME.DGPE of November 4, 2021, based on the publication of the Official Gazette of the City of São Paulo of October 15, 2021, as a result of the necessary restructuring, due to the pandemic, of the calendar of post-pandemic events in the city of São Paulo and during the Carnival period of 2022, the 15th edition of INTL HALF MARATHON OF SÃO PAULO - SPECIAL EDITION scheduled to be held on February 20, 2022 had its date brought forward to February 13, 2022.
The ORGANIZATION, complying with the determinations of the Mayor of City of São Paulo and the Governor of the State of São Paulo, as well as the recommendations of the competent public bodies, is attentive to these movements, prioritizing the well-being of its ATHLETES, employees, service providers, entities and people who work for the sport.
The date is predicted and may undergo changes according to the determinations of the competent public bodies, and following guidelines and protocols of the same, the event will offer infrastructure (medical support, access, hydration, snacks) for the official number of registrants. Extra resources will not be made available for athletes who are not officially registered.

It should be noted that registrations already made and paid are still valid, characteristics of the race as modalities, among others are maintained, updates will be published on the official website of the EVENT. 1.2 - The EVENT will start and finish in Charles Miller Square, s / nº - In front of Paulo Machado de Carvalho Municipal Stadium - Pacaembu Stadium, as detailed in the EVENT website.
NOTE: The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, due to the technical necessity of the race, legal impediments, situations of adaptation of the citys road in attendance to the municipality and public agencies, change the course of the race, places of departure, arrival and schedules.

If the COMPETITION is canceled and / or changed at any time due to force majeure, such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar, as well as determinations of public agencies with the aim of maintaining order, collective security, health and preservation of life , the ORGANIZATION will be exempt from any responsibility and from the return of any amount invested by the registrant to participate in it.
***Extraordinarily in the case of a date transfer for the reasons mentioned above, the registrant may, at his discretion, use his effective registration for the 15th SÃO PAULO INTERNATIONAL HALF MARATHON, provided that the EVENT takes place within a period of up to 18 months (from August 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021) after the effective proclamation of the new date in agreements with the conpetente public agencies. ** Paragraph updated on March 18, 2020 at 5:00PM, with the objective of better service to the registered.
Sole paragraph - In the event of a date transfer for the above reasons, Brazilian Law 14,046 of 2020 and Brazilian Provisional Measure 1.036 of March 17, 2021 will apply.
REMARK: Regulation updated on February 9, 2022. New updates might happen till the participation kits’ delivery start according to the COMPETITION technical requirements.
a - The 15th SAO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON - SPECIAL EDITION will be an official COMPETITION with PERMIT of the São Paulo Athletics Federation and has as one of the main objectives through the Pandemic/COVID 19 that took place in the Country and in the World, the celebration of life, of practice of sport and well-being and being part of the resumption of the São Paulo Street Races calendar.
Thus, the ORGANIZATION, in order to prioritize and preserve the well-being and safety of ATHLETES officially registered in the RACE, will implement a sanitary protocol with technical procedures aimed at preventing the transmission of COVID-19 during the performance of the COMPETITION since the delivery of kit, arena, course and race conclusion, respecting the recommendations given by the WHO (World Health Organization) and the essence of resolution 004/2020 of the presidency of the São Paulo Athletics Federation regarding the realization of Street Racing Competitions and sporting events.
2.1 - KIT DELIVERY
IMPORTANT: From January 11, 2022, only the ATHLETE who presents the printed or digital Vaccine Passport on the SUS or GOVERNMENT form of their city or country, proving at least 2 (two) doses of the vaccine, will be able to access the site of kit withdrawal and withdraw your kit, according to Decree No. 60.989 of 06/01/2022, published in the Official Gazette of the City of São Paulo - DOM on January 07, 2022.
a - As stated in item 13 of the regulation, the ATHLETE must present an ID document with original photo (Passaport), PROOF OF VACCINATION AT LEAST 2 DOSES OF THE VACCINE AGAINST COVID-19, 14 (fourteen) DAYS BEFORE THE START OF DELIVERY OF THE PRINTED OR DIGITAL KIT IN THE OFFICIAL FORM OF THE SUS OR GOVERNMENT OF YOUR CITY OF YOUR COUNTRY. If the passport or proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is not presented together with the identification document, the ATHLETE will not be able to access the place and the kit will not be delivered, and the ATHLETE can return at any time with the aforementioned documents while kit delivery is open or send the aforementioned documents through a third party following the rules of item 13 of the regulation for the delivery of kits to third parties.
a.1 - This rule also extends to staff and service providers.
b - When accessing the place where the kit will be delivered the body temperature will be measured and if a temperature above 37.8 °C (Celsius) is detected, access will not be allowed.
c - It is mandatory to wear a face mask in the airway region during the entire period of stay on the premises of the ATHLETEs delivery location. Unmasked input will not be allowed.
d - The ORGANIZATION will make available at the place of delivery of the kit a 70% gel alcohol dispenser, and in the ATHLETE kit 02 (two) sachets, but we recommend that everyone has a spare face mask for any eventualities and their prevention personnel of products of cleaning for COVID-19.
e - To assist the ATHLETE in delivering the kit, lines will be formed with the distance marked on the floor, which must be respected and controlled by monitors.
f - All employees, service providers, monitors, coordinators and organizers present at the kit delivery will remain full-time wearing face masks and using 70% alcohol gel for the necessary cleaning during the service to the ATHLETE.
g - There will be a distance between the ATHLETE and the attendant, as well as an acrylic or similar transparent separation board at the kit delivery counter.
h - Meetings, gatherings or group meetings will not be allowed at the kit delivery location. The ORGANIZATION may limit access to the kit delivery only to the registered person without the right to a companion.
IMPORTANT: The ATHLETE or third party who is known to be in the period of COVID-19 infection or who, despite not having the diagnosis, presents symptoms of COVID-19 or fever up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to the date of removal of the kit, DOES NOT SHALL APPEAR AT THE KIT DELIVERY PLACE OR AT THE RACE, and may be civilly and criminally liable for such non-compliance. Under no circumstances will any type of refund be made for this type of occurrence.
2.2 - DAY OF THE RACE
a - It is mandatory to wear a face mask in the region of the airways during the entire period of stay in the COMPETITION Arena, Start, Finish and preferably at all times of the RACE for the safety of all participants. We recommend that everyone has spare face masks for any eventualities and their personal hygiene products to prevent COVID-19.
b - Agglomerations in the Arena will not be allowed, the area being controlled by monitors.
c - The starts will be in Waves as defined in item 1 of the regulation. All necessary information regarding the start times will be informed on the official website and on the kit delivery.
d - THE ORGANIZATION recommends and advises that ATHLETES do not take companions, especially minors and animals, to the RACE.
e - THERE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN AREAS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ADVISORY AND/OR COACHING TENTS AS INFORMED IN ITEM 20 OF THE REGULATION.
f - LOCKERS SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE according to Organs competent.
g - ATHLETES after arrival will be sent to the place where snacks and medals are delivery, which will be delivered by the monitors with gloves, face masks and separation by isolation grids and individually packaged.
h - Hydration with water may be limited to 1 (one) or 2 (two) cups per ATHLETE, which will be delivered at room temperature by monitors with distance and separation by grids or similar, at room temperature to prevent people from putting their hands on the lame with ice and contaminate the place.
i - To attend the ATHLETE after arrival, queues will be formed with the distance marked on the floor, which must be respected and controlled by monitors.
j - All employees, service providers, monitors, coordinators and organizers present at the Arena, will remain full-time wearing a face mask and use of 70% alcohol gel, for the necessary cleaning during the service provided to the ATHLETE.
k - THERE WILL NOT BE ANY PROMOTIONAL ACTION that promotes agglomerations in the Arena do with the purpose of tasting the products of sponsors and supporters, as well as the distribution of gifts or similar items.
l - Sponsors who have products to deliver to ATHLETES will do so soon after the medal and snack, sequentially so that the ATHLETE does not need to travel around the Arena and can withdraw efficiently and safely after completion of your run.
m - The COMPETITION will offer infrastructure (medical care, access, hydration and snacks) for the official number of entries. Extra resources will not be made available to athletes not officially registered (“popcorn” / clandestine).
n - The presence in the RACE of the popcorn corridor or clandestine corridor may enable a possible transmission of COVID-19 by making it impossible to verify documents that prove its vaccination and non-contamination by the virus, therefore not meeting the sanitary standards, norms and protocols adopted to carry out the RACE
o - The ORGANIZATION reminds the registered ATHLETES that the competitions are sized for a certain number of entries in accordance with the regulations in force, in accordance with the capacity of the streets duly authorized by Organs competent.
p - We recommend that all participants have and carry with it 70% alcohol gel sachets for personal hygiene.
q - We recommend that all participants, when coughing and sneezing, cover their mouth and nose, use their arms or a disposable handkerchief, avoid using their hands, and if using, remember to sanitize with your alcohol sachet in 70% gel.
r - If during the RACE the ATHLETE presents any symptoms such as increased temperature, loss of taste, constant headache, loss of smell, constant coughing, body aches and difficulty breathing, he should immediately seek the RACE Medical Support so that be evaluated and, if necessary, sent to the public medical service.
2.3 - RELEASES AND INFORMATION
a - All communications and technical information will be made available on the website www.yescom.com.br/meiasp or www.yescom.com.br and/or on the social networks of YESCOM and São Paulo Half Marathon and/or through messages by e-mail to the address registered by the athlete at the time of registration.
NOTE - This protocol may be amended in part or in its entirety in accordance with the guidelines of the competent public bodies, the ORGANIZATION being exempt from any type of reimbursement in case of non-agreement by an ATHLETE officially registered with such criteria and amendments.

b - The DISABLED ATHLETES divided into the groups below are part of this CATEGORY:
CAD = WHEELCHAIR – The ATHLETE who participates in this competition with the aid of sportive or competition wheelchairs (3-wheeled chairs only), not being allowed the use of ordinary wheelchairs (daily use), motorized wheelchairs, hand cycles or with the help of other people. The use of helmets is mandatory.
Technical Observation: The WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY is for ATHLETES that use the 3-wheeled competition wheelchairs and use both hands to move the equipment through its wheels, and not with ratchets, manual pedals, chains or other mechanical elements that favor movement.
CCG = GUIDED WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE - The ATHLETE who uses the chair with 03 wheels (type non-motorized tricycle) equipped with brakes and that only carries out its displacement counting on the aid of GUIA to push it, being necessary the inscription of 2 GUIDES for this category.
DEV = VISUALLY IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE who is visually impaired, characterized by the loss or reduction of the visual capacity in one or both eyes. Every visually impaired ATHLETE, disregarding the degree or type of deficiency, must run with a GUIDING ATHLETE, and cannot disregard that need in any circumstances. Both must be united by a cord (which must be, at most, 0.5m long) to one of their fingers or to their arms, or by a specific string used by GUIDES.
AMP = AMPUTATED INFERIOR LIMBS – The ATHLETE who has inferior limbs disabilities, with total or partial absence of one or two of the inferior limbs, and who uses special prosthesis to walk. DMAI = WALKING WITH INFERIOR LIMBS IMPAIRED - The ATHLETE who has inferior limbs disabilities, though with total preservation of those limbs, and who uses bracing as a means of helping locomotion (walking sticks, crutches, walker, etc.), being allowed the company of a GUIDING ATHLETE.
DI = INTELLECTUALLY IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE who presents an intellectual quotient (IQ) lower than 70 and/or is limited in abilities and adaptation areas (communication, personal care, household relationship, social, playful, health and safety skills, ways and direction, academic development, community and work relationship). Disregarding the degree of disability, the ATHLETE must run with a GUIDING ATHLETE and cannot run alone in any circumstance. The GUIDE cannot run in front of the ATHLETE, he/she must run always behind or beside.
DMS = SUPERIOR LIMBS IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE who has total or partial absence of any parts of the superior limbs, generating changes to the balance axis, causing instability to walk.
DAU = HEARING IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE whose hearing is not functional, with partial or total loss of the sound hearing possibilities, varying degrees and levels with or without hearing prosthesis.
GUIDE = The ATHLETE who, during the competition, accompanies and guides the DISABLED ATHLETE, caring for his/her integrity and safety.
Extraordinary situations or cases that do not fall into the categories above will be analyzed by the TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION upon formal request of the interested party sent to the email atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br. Any and all exceptions will only be granted through the Term of Consent and Special Responsibility for these.
Medical Report valid till, at most, one year, where the C.I.D. (Disability International Code) must be included; The ATHLETE’s Disability International Code. The report must have a due date and the date of the EVENT must be within the contained term; Medical report stating that the ATHLETE is able to engage physical activity, specifically street run, and the name of the EVENT that he/she will participate; Individual or Team Responsibility Term (see letter “h” below) and, Inform which route to participate in: 21K RUN or 5K RUN.
c.1 - If the ATHLETE fits into the categories that must be accompanied by a GUIDE, as described above, the Individual or Team Responsibility Term must also be sent with the GUIA data (see letter “h” below).
d - After analyzing the documents, the ATHLETE will receive an email from ORGANIZATION with a CODE, which will be used to carry out your registration, informing you after the choice of your shirt your shirt to generate your ticket and finalize your courtesy registration in the EVENT.
e - If the ATHLETE with a disability and/or the GUIDE ATHLETE registers, generating a bank slip that is not a courtesy and makes this payment, the ORGANIZATION will not refund the amount paid.
f - The documentation above must be delivered for each COMPETITION the ATHLETE will participate in.
g - Vacancies will be made available according to the requests’ order and the reports’ proof.
h - CLICK HERE to print the INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM RESPONSABILITY TERM.
i - After filling up the INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY TERM, the ATHLETE must email it to the ORGANIZATION at atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br, together with the remainder of the required documentation listed above.
j - The email subject field must be filled in as “Inscrição para Atleta com Deficiência” (Disabled Athlete Registration) for the COMPETITION - 15th SAO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON - SPECIAL EDITION.
k - GUIDE ATHLETES will also receive a Registration Code, which will be forwarded together with that of the DISABLED ATHLETE, which will be guided through the electronic address informed in the sending of the documentation of the DISABLED ATHLETE.
l - The ATHLETE GUIDE must access the website and register, informing the CODE after choosing your shirt, thus generating your TICKET with the courtesy and finalizing your registration.
m - Choosing a GUIDING ATHLETE is mandatory.
n - Courtesy entries for the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY will be made according to the ATHLETEs disability and the kit will be the same as the PACAEMBU INSCRIPTION.
o - The deadline for sending the documents for the registration of ATHLETES with disabilities is up to 15 (fifteen) days before the start of the Kit Delivery or until the closing of registration through the EVENT website, whichever occurs first.
p - As soon as the ORGANIZATION receives complete documentation it will proceed with their analysis.
q - In case the registration is not approved by the ORGANIZATION, the ATHLETE cannot register in a DISABLED ATHLETE Squad using this procedure. If there are open vacancies, he/she can register to the General Squad by paying the registration fee by his/her own will, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any liability.
r -If the ATHLETE does not receive a contact from the responsible department within 10 (ten) days from the date of sending the e-mail with the documentation, he/she must contact the ORGANIZATION again through the electronic address atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br.
s - The will be no AWARDS ceremony for the ATHLETES who complete the competition, only what is provided for in item 17 of the regulation.
3.2 - ELITE CATEGORY
a - The ELITE CATEGORY comprises the ATHLETES classified in the ELITE A CATEGORY and the ATHLETES classified in the ELITE B CATEGORY, according to the criteria described below.
3.2.1 - ELITE A CATEGORY (FOR THE HALF MARATHON)
a - The ATHLETE invited by the ORGANIZATION and/or the ATHLETE who has a curriculum of minimum times in OFFICIAL tests, with “Permit” from the Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAT - Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, may be part of this CATEGORY valid/confirmed in the last 24 (twenty four) months prior to the date of the RACE, and the minimum time proven in at least 02 (two) COMPETITIONS, following the criterion “reference time” defined below.
b - The ATHLETE who is able to participate in this squad according to the “reference time” criteria defined by the ORGANIZATION is exempt from paying the registration fee and must fax his/her curriculum to the ORGANIZATION through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting his/her NAME, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and which COMPETITIONS and TIMING he/she has addressed the “reference time” criteria.
c - The ORGANIZATION may invite at its discretion ATHLETES for the Elite A squad of South American countries affiliated to ConSudAle who have the reference timing reported in item 3.2.1 “d” and “e” below.
d - To participate in the MEN ELITE A squad, the ATHLETE must have a reference timing of 1h08min for the Half Marathon and 2h20min for the Marathon, 58min for the 18K run, 48min for the 15K run and 31min for the 10K run.
e - To participate in the WOMEN ELITE A squad, the ATHLETE must have a reference timing of 1h20min for the Half Marathon and 2h48min for the Marathon, 1h07min for the 18K run, 57min for the 15K run and 36min for the 10K run.
f - The ATHLETES who do not have official “reference time” for the run but think they are able to participate in the ELITE squad must fax their curriculum to be assessed through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
g - The curricula can only be sent up to 10 calendar days before the EVENT. The ORGANIZATION cannot accept and is not obliged to assess any curriculum sent out of that time frame.
h. In case the ATHLETE makes that request during the kit delivery, the ORGANIZATION may or may not assess those, being prioritized the ATHLETES who have sent their curriculum within the specified time frame.
i - The ORGANIZATION has no obligation to answer curriculum that do not fit the technical index listed above, that is, the ATHLETE should only send that request if he/she is totally confident and can prove the characteristics to access those squads within the required thresholds.
j - The payment of a registration fee in the general squad does not assure the elite ATHLETE his/her running in the A or B squads, since those have a limit in the number of participants and the abovementioned thresholds to be addressed. In case the elite ATHLETE registers in the general squad with the intention of assuring his/her participation in the COPETITION,and will be approved for the Elite A squad, the ORGANIZATION will not reimburse the amount paid for such registration.
k - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the MEN ELITE A squad is 50.
l - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the WOMEN ELITE A squad is 30.
3.2.2 - ELITE B CATEGORY (FOR THE HALF MARATHON)
a - The ATHLETE who has a curriculum of minimum times in OFFICIAL tests, with “Permit” from the Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, obligatorily valid/confirmed in the last 24 (twenty) can be part of this CATEGORY and four) months prior to the date of the RACE, and the minimum time proven in, at least, 02 (two) COMPETITIONS, following the criterion “reference time” defined below and that is aged between 18 and 26 years.
b - The ATHLETE who is officially named by his/her State Federation according to the official notification of the Brazilian Athletics Confederation can participate in this squad. 2 (two) ATHLETE registrations can be accepted per each Brazilian State, being 01 (one) man and 01 (one) woman, disregarding the “reference time” mentioned in item 3.2.2, letters “f” and “g” of this regulation.
c - The ATHLETE who meets the conditions described in this item in letters “a” and “b” above must register in the EVENT website, pay the bank slip and fax his/her timing curriculum to be analyzed by the ORGANIZATION through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting his/her NAME, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and which COMPETITIONS and TIMING he/she has addressed the “reference time” criteria.
d - ATHLETES that are part of ELITE B category are not exempt from paying the EVENT registration fee and have no right to benefits provided by the ORGANIZATION regarding transportation, accommodation and meals.
e - The ATHLETE registered in such CATEGORY will participate in the competition in a special squad, and will have no right to AWARDS granted by age group, if there is this award at the COMPETITION.
f - To participate in the MEN ELITE B squad, the ATHLETE must have a reference timing of 01h11min for the Half Marathon, 02h23min for the Marathon, 01h00min for the 18K run, 51min for the 15K run and 32min for the 10K run.
g - To participate in the WOMEN ELITE B squad, the ATHLETE must have a reference timing of 01h23min for the Half Marathon, 02h51min for the Marathon, 01h12min for the 18K run, 59min for the 15K run and 37min for the 10K run.
h - The ATHLETES who do not have official reference timing for the run but think they are able to participate in the ELITE B squad must fax their curriculum to be assessed through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
i - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the MEN ELITE B squad is 30.
j - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the WOMEN ELITE B squad is 15.
k - The ORGANIZATION invite ATHLETES, at its own will, to run in the ELITE B squad; the guest ATHLETES do not need to address the criteria listed under items 3.3, letters “f” and “g” of this regulation. Those guest ATHLETES can also receive accommodation and meals offered by the ORGANIZATION.
l - In case the threshold is reached, the ORGANIZATION will not make more positions available for this squad.
3.3 - PREMIUM SQUAD CATEGORY (FOR THE HALF MARATHON)
a - The guest ATHLETES and the ATHLETES interested in joining this squad by addressing the registration criteria exclusively available at the COMPETITION website are part of this category.
b - The ATHLETES registered in the PREMIUM SQUAD will have access to the start line at the same location of the ELITE ATHLETES.
3.4 - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (FOR THE HALF MARATHON AND 5K RUN)
a - Each ATHLETE who does not fit specifically one of the other aforementioned CATEGORIES will be considered registered as a GENERAL CATEGORY ATHLETE.
b - The ATHLETE of the GENERAL CATEGORY will participate in the competition having his/her AGE GROUP, defined below in this REGULATION, as reference.
c - The ATHLETE who participates in this CATEGORY will not have the right to any other AWARD except those specified for his/her CATEGORY, according to what is described under the “AWARDS” item of this regulation.
3.5 - ORDER OF THE START LINE
a - When registering for the HALF MARATHON, the ATHLETE must choose one of the start lines that is compatible with his/her competition pace (estimated participation and conclusion times for the race).
b - The available areas will have pace markers.
c - For the HALF MARATHON, 04 (four) areas with the following reference timing are available to those who intend to finish the race: Under 1h40min Between 1h41min and 1h55min Between 1h56min and 2h15min Above 2h16min
d - For the 5K RUN, 04 (four) areas with the following reference timing are available to those who intend to finish the race: Under 25min Between 26min and 29min Between 30min and 37min Above 37min
e - For the PREMIUM SQUAD, start line will happen in a single squad.
I - When participating of this COMPETITION, the ATHLETE accepts full responsibility for the data provided, fully accepts the regulation and its rules, takes on the transportation, accommodation and meals, insurances and any other expense required or resulting from his/her participation before, during or after the COMPETITION.
II - When participating of this COMPETITION, the ATHLETE grants all the utilization rights of his/her image at this EVENT, inclusive the rights of arena, waiving the receipt of any pecuniary consideration that may be earned with journalistic materials, trade promotions, licensing and photos, social media, at any time, place or medium and media currently available or being implemented in the market for this COMPETITION or complementary events and services as a result of the use of these images, or the actions described above performed by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, ACHIEVERS, Commercial and Media Partners.
III - There shall be, for emergency care of the ATHLETES, a medical support service with ambulances to provide first aid and eventual removals. The completion of proper medical care, either for emergency or any other required, will happen in the PUBLIC HEALTH CARE service premises under its own responsibility. The ORGANIZATION is not responsible for the medical expenses the AHTLETE incurs during or after the competition.
IV - The ATHLETE or his/her responsible companion will have the right to choose another health care (removal/transfer, hospital, emergency service and doctor, among others) holding the ORGANIZATION harmless from any liability, being it direct or indirect, over the consequences of such option.
V - The COMPETITION security will be supported by the competent Agencies and there will be monitoring personnel to guide the ATHLETES.
VI - Toilets will be made available to the registered ATHLETES within the limits of the START and FINISH lines.
VII - LOCKERS SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE according to Organs competent.
VIII - There will be no reimbursement by the ORGANIZATION, or by any of its SPONSORS, SUPPORTERS AND DIRECTORS, of any value corresponding to equipment and/or accessories used by the ATHLETES during the EVENT, disregarding the reasons, or by any material possession prejudice or losses that the ATHLETES might incur during his/her participation in the COMPETITION. There will be no reimbursement once the ATHLETE accepts the terms of participation in the race, at the time of registration, nor will there be any reimbursement after the ATHLETE participates in the competition accepting all the terms of these regulations.
IX - We recommend strict medical evaluation, inclusive exercise evaluation, for all ATHLETES before the competition, since the ORGANIZATION, once a service provider, is concerned with the ATHLETES health. However, it is not responsible for any carelessness caused to it.
X - The ATHLETE assumes and expressly declares that he is aware of his state of health and athletic ability and that he has trained properly for the RACE.
XI - The access to the Athletes Gathering and Start Line shall be flagged, being prohibited to jump the rails that limit such areas to enter the running track during the competition START or at any other moment, under any excuse.
XII - The EVENT ORGANIZATION, as well as its SPONSORS, SUPPORTERS AND DIRECTORS, are not responsible for any losses or damage caused by the ATHLETE registered in the COMPETITION to the public assets, third parties or other ATHLETES, being those uniquely and exclusively liable to their author.
XIII - Any claims over the EXTRAOFFICIAL results of the competition shall be sent, in writing, to the ORGANIZATION, at most 30 calendar days after the first issue of those results in the EVENT website.
XIV - The ORGANIZATION/DIRECTORS may suspend the COMPETITION due to public safety measures, public acts, vandalism and/or other force majeure reasons.
XV - The ATHLETE who, at any moment, does not abide by the rules of this REGULATION, or by omission does not communicate the ORGANIZATION (in writing and duly received) of any impediment on his/her part might, at any time, be declassified from this RACE.
XVI - Every ATHLETE has the obligation to correctly fill out (sign and deliver a printed form to the ORGANIZATION, when applicable, or electronically) their COMPETITION registration form.
XVII - The ATHLETE admits that he/she participates in this RACE by his/her own free will, knowing the risks, difficulty degree, originality, option and format of the competition, route, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and climate conditions under which it shall be executed, exempting the ORGANIZATION, SPONSORS and DIRECTORS of any liabilities on behalf of his/her own name and his/her successors’.
XVIII - When registering for the COMPETITION, the ATHLETE does so in a personal and non-transferable way, with no possibility of transferring this registration to another ATHLETE. If the enrollee requests a refund of the enrollment, it can only be requested within 07 (seven) days from the completion and payment of the enrollment in accordance with the Consumer Code. Considering the enrollment made, the enrollment paid and credited in favor of the ORGANIZER. The request for reimbursement requested in view of these conditions will start its administrative process immediately, with a period of up to 30 (thirty) working days for its refund, counted from the date of the request, for cash payments. Installment payments are subject to the terms within which the credit card banner will make the refund.
XIX - If it is proven that ATHLETE has ceded your “Chest Number” to someone, copied it or duplicated and giving the copy to others, or had your number copied, the ATHLETE that made the enrollment will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results. The ATLHETE can not register for YESCOM competitions for this period or you will be banned from YESCOM general register without having access to any previous results and can no longer register for YESCOM competitions.
XX - When registering for the RACE, the ATHLETE makes his data available and authorizes the ORGANIZERS, so that at any time they send in their name, to the electronic or physical address, any type of electronic or physical correspondence to participate in any event of the ORGANIZER, research, feedbacks or activities developed, products or services offered by her and / or by her partners that may be of interest to her in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br.
XXI - The “Chest Number” must be fixed on the front of the ATHLETEs shirt and its use is mandatory in the arena and during the RACE and any damage caused to it will result in the ATHLETEs disqualification.
XXII - The position selected by the ATHLETE at the START lines, available in this RACE and foreseen in the REGULATION is under his/her exclusive and unique responsibility.
XXIII - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to create screening systems to the persons to acess to the COMPETITION, including ATHLETES that may appear during the race without proper credenciament - breast number, or any other device that proves their inscription. May be this persons prohibited from access the Starting Area, the course and the Arrival, being invited to withdraw at any moment by members of the ORGANIZATION, since the EVENT is exclusively for officially inscriptied persons.
XXIV - The Start will be defined in 04 (four) sectors and each sector will have a specific color, the athlete must be positioned for the start according to the color of their sector because there will be access control.
XXV - Upon Arrival, the post-race medal, water and snack delivery department will be surrounded and only ATHLETES wearing “Chest Number” will be able to access.
XXVI - THE COMPETITION will offer infrastructure (medical support, access, hydration and snacks) for the official number of registered. Extra resources will not be made available to participants who are not officially registered (“popcorn”/clandestine).
XXVII - The presence in the RACE of the popcorn or clandestine corridor may enable a possible transmission of COVID-19 by making it impossible to verify the documents that prove its vaccination and non-contamination by the virus, thus not complying with the sanitary protocols adopted for carrying out the RACE.
XXVIII - The ORGANIZATION reminds the registered ATHLETES that the competitions are sized for a certain number of entries in accordance with the regulations in force, in accordance with the capacity of the streets duly authorized by Organs.
XXIX - The ORGANIZATION may send, when it deems necessary and/or applicable, technical information via e-mail to the REGISTERED ATHLETES, under the terms of its Privacy Policy.
XXX - The ATHLETE, when registering for the COMPETITION, accepts and, when necessary, fully obeys all the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of the Federal, State and Municipal public bodies for the practice of the EVENT in the face of situations and periods pandemic and/or similar, and also to technical safety standards and procedures with the objective of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 or similar defined and presented by the competent bodies and/or WHO (World Health Organization) and/or ORGANIZATION.
XXXI - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, for the technical necessity of the race, legal impediments, situations of adequacy of the city road in attendance to the municipality and public agencies, change the course of the race, starting places, arrival and times.
XXXII - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to change any of the items in this regulation referring to technical and procedural specificities without prior notice, including the date and place of the COMPETITION, according to the needs of the same, informing these changes in a new regulation that will be made available on the COMPETITION website.
XXXIII - When registering to this COMPETITION, the ATHLETE agrees with this clause exempting YESCOM, its Partners, Contractors, Providers and Sponsors of any legal charges, expenses or indemnities the ATHLETE understands he/she is owned resulting from the changes applied.
a - By registering for the EVENT and paying the registration fee, ATLETA is activating your participation and access to the EVENT and use of the support infrastructure as described in this regulation.
5.1 - PROMO INSCRIPTION WITHOUT A T-SHIRT - includes 01 (one) chest number (mandatory use) delivered only to the officially registered ATHLETES who collect their kit in the place and/or format defined in this regulation, and 01 (one) post-race medal, delivered only to the ATHLETES who complete the competition race. Complementary gifts may be inserted at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION and/or Sponsors.
5.2 - PACAEMBU INSCRIPTION previously called BASIC INSCRIPTION WITH COURTESY T-SHIRT until May 25, 2021 - includes 01 (one) chest munber (mandatory use), 01 (one) promotional/commemorative polyester courtesy t-shirt delivered only to officially registered ATHLETES who pick up their kit at place and/or format defined in this regulation and 01 (one) post-race medal, given only to the officially registered ATHLETES who participate and complete the race. Complementary gifts may be inserted at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION and/or Sponsor.
5.3 - IPIRANGA INSCRIPTION - accessible from May 25, 2021 - includes 01 (one) chest number (mandatory use), 01 (one) promotional/commemorative polyester courtesy t-shirt gift, 01 (one) dryfit cap promotional/commemorative courtesy, 01 (one) super backpack promotional/commemorative courtesy delivered only for officially registered ATHLETES who withdraw their kit in the place and/or format defined in this regulation, and 01 (one) post-race medal, delivered only to officially registered ATHLETES who participate and complete the race. Complementary gifts may be inserted at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION and/or Sponsor.
5.4 - PREMIUM SQUAD - includes all the items that make up the IPIRANGA INSCRIPTION in addition to the Start at the front next to the Elite squad and access to the VIP area without the right to accompany. Complementary gifts may be inserted at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION and/or Sponsor. Places are limited. IMPORTANT: In the 15th edition of the SÃO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON, the ORGANIZATION, in order to preserve the safety of all participants and aiming to exclude any and all types of conditions that may generate agglomerations during the RACE, will not be made available in the Arena, spaces for the concentration of ATHLETES, including the VIP area, this edition will be a RACE to celebrate life, the practice of sport and well-being and be part of the resumption of the São Paulo Street Races calendar.
5.5 - The participation kit is accompanied by gifts provided by Sponsors and the items described above that make up each type of entry are subject to changes, variations in sizes, colors and/or tones both in the dyeing process and when viewed on computer screens and devices furniture, percentages, partial or total exclusion.
5.6 - The following items are not included in the Participation Kit for athletes duly registered, even if they are available for use in the areas composed of items 3, 4 and 5 of this regulation, which will not be considered as an obligation of supply by the ORGANIZATION and/or contracting of services rendered by the ATHLETA: Timing chip. Elaboration of results and/or dissemination and publication thereof. Trophy. Award for goal reached. Gifts and accessories. Others.
a - The ORGANIZATION might offer shirt sizing options as a courtesy and souvenirs in limited quantities without the obligation of having those in stock when delivering the competition kits and/or stored at its premises.
b - In case there is distribution or inclusion of the materials listed under item 5, those should not be delivered on the RACE date and/or after it happens.
c - There will be no participation kit delivery on the date of the, nor even when it finishes.
d - In case the ORGANIZATION the delivery service of the “DISPOSABLE CHIP”, results preparation, report and/or disclosure and publication of those, the ATHLETE is aware of the responsibility of the correct use of that CHIP and of the correct installation of it next to his/her body/clothing, as well as of running/walking through the installed data gathering rug, since those are electronic equipment that might suffer interference and/or information loss, being the ORGANIZATION and DIRECTORS exempt from the liability of supplying them.
e - The ORGANIZATION might receive and/or request information from the ATHLETES to support on correcting eventual issues in the results provisioning, without time limit or obligation for such corrections to take place, within the term of 180 (a hundred and eighty) calendar days counted from the RACE date on.
f - The ORGANIZATION makes available its Contact Us service through the COMPETITON website to the ATHLETES, being that site the unique official source of results provided.
g - The abovementioned RACE promotional/commemorative t-shirt is a courtesy of the ORGANIZATION and might be provided in several sizes for the ATHLETE to choose during the registration process or after payment. After closing the registration through the COMPETITION website it will not be possible to make any changes to the size of the shirt already chosen.
h - The ORGANIZATION reinforces that, as mentioned in the item above, in case t-shirts promotional/celebration are delivered, they shall be mere courtesy. The selected size might be changed/delivered by the ORGANIZATION according to inventory availability.
i - There will be no change in t-shirt size at Kit Delivery, ATHLETA will receive the size choose in the registration process..
j - The ORGANIZATION might assemble, at its own criteria, an area to display its Business Partners products. The ORGANIZATION might partner with Non-profitable Organizations with the purpose of gathering material resources for social programs by providing a space to show its Business Partners products.
a - 18 years old is the minimum age threshold determined to participate in the HALF MARATHON, completed by the registration date, which will also be used for the AGE GROUP CLASSIFICATION.
b - The minimum age threshold required to participate in the 5K RUN is 18 years old completed by the registration date, which will also be used for the AGE GROUP CLASSIFICATION.
NOTE: All competitions organized and carried out by YESCOM from February 9, 2020, the date of the 11th INTERNACIONAL SHOPPING RACE, will be exclusive for participants aged 18 and above. Considering that there was an adaptation in this rule, if eventually an ATHLETE under 18 years old registered for an event that will happen after the date informed above, he should contact the ORGANIZATION through the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br requesting your refund and / or the ORGANIZATION will contact the ATHLETE to make this refund available. Childrens competitions whose regulations allow the participation of minors under 18 with the express consent of registration through a responsible person and over 18 years are excluded from this condition.
c - Registration can be done by third parties, as long as older than 18 years old and having a written authorization by the ATHLETE, attached to a hard copy of the ATHLETE identification document, which shall be presented by the third party when recovering the participation kit.
d - The HALF MARATHON will last, at most, 2h45min (two hours and forty-five minutes) and the 5K RUN will have a maximum duration of 1h00min (one hour) being the area of the Finish line and its equipment / services, turned off / deactivated after this period.
e - The ATHLETE who is not addressing the projected timelines at any point of the planned route will be invited to retire from the competition, finishing it at that point, from where the ORGANIZATION will not be responsible for any type of service or support to that runner.
f - When the ATHLETE is invite to retire from the competition, he/she must board the buses provided by the ORGANIZATION to return to the START line when this service is available.
g - To participate in the EVENT, the ATHLETE cannot be suspended, or responding to any type of impeditive restriction imposed by the Confederations or Federations.
h - The ATHLETES registered in the EVENT must undergo anti-doping examination following the discretion of the ORGANIZATION, according to the Street Run Norm 07 of the CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation.
i - The ATHLETE must observe the path or route defined for the competition, and no other auxiliary means to gain advantage or subdue the running track is allowed.
j - It is strictly forbidden to be helped by others, such as being accompanied by bikers or by any type of hydration while running/walking, except for the supplies offered by the ORGANIZATION itself, as well as the use of any technological resource without previous written authorization from the ORGANIZATION.
k - The start will be defined in 04 (four) sectors and each sector will have a specific color, each color representing a test time range. The ATHLETE shall be positioned for the start according to the color of its sector because there will be access control
l - The ELITE SQUAD ATHLETES will not be allowed to use radio or audio communication systems during the competition, as well as guides or pacing, and are subject to the WORLD ATHLETICS (IAAF) and CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation regulation for this COMPETITION.
m - Upon arrival, the post-race medal, water and snack delivery department will be surrounded and only ATHLETES wearing chest numbers will be able to access.
n - There will be no participation payment for any ATHLETE.
o - The ATHLETE’s participation in the COMPETITION is individual.
p - The ATHLETE assumes and expressly declares that he is aware of his state of health and athletic ability and that he has trained properly for the COMPETITION.
q - The ATHLETE, when registering for the COMPETITION, accepts and, when necessary, fully obeys all the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of the Federal, State and Municipal public bodies for the practice of the EVENT in the face of situations and periods pandemic and/or similar, and also to technical safety standards and procedures with the objective of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 or similar defined and presented by the competent bodies and/or WHO (World Health Organization) and/or ORGANIZATION.
r - The competition technical direction reserves the right to include specially invited ATHLETES to this EVENT.
Considering the global, federal and state pandemic decrees caused by COVID-19, thereby generating instability in the current scenario where quarantine decrees are being postponed and there is still no official protocol in cities for the return of street racing, the BIGGEST IN BRAZIL of Seasons 2020 and 2021 did not exist, it will return in 2022 with the confirmation of the four races of the national calendar that make up the project.
a - The 15th SAO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON will be an official COMPETITION with PERMIT of the São Paulo Athletics Federation and has as one of the main objectives through the Pandemic/COVID-19 that took place in the Country and in the World, the celebration of life, of practice of sport and well-being and be part of the resumption of the São Paulo Street Races calendar, therefore, for this edition no invitations will be sent to ELITE ATHLETES.
b - All ATHLETES who wish to particip in the Elite A or B platoon must submit their requests for entries in these platoons following the criteria described in items 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 of the regulation.
c - Since there will be no formal invitation to ELITE ATHLETES, the ORGANIZATION will also not provide accommodation and meals and any type of reimbursement and/or cost allowance for the participation of ATHLETES and/or their technicians in the RACE.
a - The 15th SAO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON will be an official COMPETITION with PERMIT of the São Paulo Athletics Federation and has as one of the main objectives through the Pandemic / COVID-19 that took place in the Country and in the World, the celebration of life, of practice sports and well-being and being part of the resumption of the São Paulo Street Races calendar, therefore, for this edition, no invitations will be sent to the WHEELCHAIRS ATHLETES.
b - All ATHLETES who wish to participate in the WHEELCHAIRS ATHLETES platoon of the RACE must submit their application for registration in this platoon following the criteria described in item 3.1 of the regulation.
c - As there will be no formal invitation for WHEELCHAIRS ATHLETES, the ORGANIZATION will also not provide accommodation and meals and any type of reimbursement and/or money for the participation of ATHLETES and/or their technicians and/or their companions in the RACE.
a - The registrations to the 15th SÃO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON will be done over the internet and shall be limited to the forecast maximum quantity of 8,000 (eight thousand) registered ATHLETES, such threshold shall be defined by the ORGANIZATION according to the effective registration pace.
b - ORGANIZATION of the RACE can carry out promotions with discounts in the value of the registrations for certain periods, not being able to reimburse of any amount paid besides the promotional value.
10.1 - LAUNCHING
The Registration for HALF MARATHON and 5K RUN can be carried out in the values and conditions below.:

a.2 - PACAEMBU INSCRIPTION previously called BASIC INSCRIPTION WITH T-SHIRT until May 25, 2021:

Registration for the HALF MARATHON and 5K RUN after the launch period will have new values and payment terms as follows:

R$ 95,00 (NINETY FIVE REAL) from September 1, 2021 at 4:00PM to November 22, 2021 at 9:00AM.
R$ 100,00 (ONE HUNDRED REAL) from November 22, 2021 at 9:00AM to January 28, 2022 or when the maximum number of registers is reached.
a.1.1 - FORMS OF PAYMENT
From May 21, 2021 after 1:00PM to June 30, 2021 at 04:30PM, registrations can be paid by Bank Slip or Credit Card up to 5 times.

10.3 - REGISTRATION FOR THE PREMIUM SQUAD (ONLY FOR HALF MARATHON)
a.1 - Registration for the PREMIUM SQUAD may be carried out in the values and conditions informed below:
R$ 250,00 (TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY REAL) until May 21, 2021 to 1:00PM.
R$ 255,00 (TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY FIVE REAL) from May 21, 2021 after 1:00PM to July 19, 2021.
a.1.1 - FORMS OF PAYMENT
Until March 21, 2020 at 4:00PM for payment by Bank Slip or Credit Card up to 2 times.
From March 21, 2020 after 4:00PM to April 3, 2020 at 09:30AM, registrations can be paid via Bank Slip or Credit Card up to 3 times.
From April 3, 2020 at 09:30AM to June 30, 2021 at 04:30PM registrations can be paid via Bank Slip or Credit Card up to 5 times.
From June 30, 2021 at 04:30PM to July 19, 2021, registrations can be paid via Bank Slip or Credit Card up to 3 times.
10.4 - GENERAL INFORMATION
a - After registration is finished by electronic or physical means, it will not be possible to generate or print a new bank slip.
b - Registrations are only effective when payment is done.
c - The ORGANIZATION might, at any time, suspend or delay due dates or yet add or limit the number of registrations in the EVENT according to the need or structural/technical availability without previous warning.
d - If the Ticket is not paid until its due date, your application will be canceled and you must contact Fale Conosco by e-mail faleconosco@yescom.com.br, informing the COMPETITION and requesting the reactivation of your request so that you can start a new registration process.
e - By signing up for the COMPETITION and making the payment through the Banck Slip or the Credit Card, ATLETA declares that the sources of the resources used to make this payment come from licit and lawful means.
f - To address the Elder Regulation, the ORGANIZATION will provide 50% (fifty percent) discount on the registration fee to ATHLETES older than 60 (sixty) years old.
g - In case it is proven that the ATHLETE has been benefited by the Elder Regulation and has given up his/her Chest Number to another ATHLETE to run on his/her behalf, the ORGANIZATION is then authorized by the registered ATHLETE to issue a bank slip charge in the amount of the registration fee difference paid in the act of your registration. The ATHLETE that made the registration will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and will not have access to any previous result, being unable to register in YESCOM competitions for this period or will be banned from the general register YESCOM does not have access to any previous results and is no longer able to register for YESCOM competitions.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
10.5 - REFUND
a - When registering for the COMPETITION, the ATHLETE does so in a personal and non-transferable way, with no possibility of transferring this registration to another ATHLETE. If the enrollee requests a refund of the enrollment, it can only be requested within 07 (seven) days from the completion and payment of the enrollment in accordance with the Consumer Code. Considering the enrollment made, the enrollment paid and credited in favor of the ORGANIZER. The request for reimbursement requested in view of these conditions will start its administrative process immediately, with a period of up to 30 (thirty) working days for its refund, counted from the date of the request, for cash payments. Installment payments are subject to the terms within which the credit card banner will make the refund.
b - If the COMPETITION is canceled and/or changed at any time due to force majeure, such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar, as well as determinations of public agencies with the aim of maintaining order, collective security, health and preservation of life , the ORGANIZATION will be exempt from any responsibility and from the return of any amount invested by the registrant to participate in it. Sole paragraph - In the event of a date transfer for the above reasons, Brazilian Law 14,046 of 2020 and Brazilian Provisional Measure 1.036 of March 17, 2021 will apply.
a - Over the internet, in the website www.yescom.com.br/meiasp until January 28, 2022, which might be DELAYED or EXPEDITED at the ORGANIZATION’s own criteria.
ATTENTION: There will be no registrations on the date of the EVENT or during the Participation Kit Delivery, and, there will be no delivery of Participation Kit after the beginning of the EVENT, only at the times and dates determined by the ORGANIZATION, according to items 13, 14, 15 and 18.
a - Correctly and completely fill in your registration form.
b - Select your payment type Credit Card or by Bank Slip.
c - When paying by Credit Card:
c.1 - Fill in all the required data regarding your Credit Card;
c.2 - Print the registration receipt.
d - When paying by Bank Slip:
d.1 - Print the Bank Slip;
d.2 - Pay it according to what is described on it;
d.3 - If the Ticket is not paid until its due date, your application will be canceled and you must contact Fale Conosco by e-mail faleconosco@yescom.com.br, informing the COMPETITION and requesting the reactivation of your request so that you can start a new registration process.
d.4 - The amount and the date of your registration will be considered/counted from the date the BANK SLIP PAYMENT is effective, not from the date you filled in the registration form.
e - No ATM MACHINE payments or bank deposits will be accepted without being previously requested by the ORGANIZATION.
f - The PAYMENT RECEIPT is a unique document, and the ORGANIZATION has no duplicate of it.
NOTE: YESCOM maintains a partnership for capturing entries on the MY INSCRIPTIONS website. The ATHLETE who registers in two different places will ONLY be entitled to 01 (one) Participation Kit as the registration is personal, individual and non-transferable. The ATHLETE will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the additional entries, as defined in item 4 - XVIII of the regulation, and the right to enjoy the services offered by the first place where he made his entry.
12.2 - COURTESY REGISTRATIONS
a - The ORGNIZATION might, at its own will, provide courtesy registrations to participate in the RACE for social/public service programs, as long as they are requested with a minimum of 45 (forty-five) calendar days notice.
b - The request does not assure the courtesy registration, since this is optional and considered as free will of the Organization.
c - No courtesy requests will be accepted for ATHLETES who already have registrations filled in, paid and/or another courtesy. In case, for any reasons, a courtesy is granted to an ATHLETE who has already registered and paid the bank slip, or even has won a courtesy registration, there will be no reimbursement of the paid amount, transfer of such registration to a third party, or even an extra participation kit delivered, that is, the participant will only have the right to use the services that the courtesy provides.
a - The delivery of the participation Kit together with the courtesy disposable Chip be held on February 11, 2022 from 10:30AM to 08:30PM and on February 12, 2022 from 10:30AM to 5:00PM on the 3rd floor of Shopping Light - Colonel Xavier de Toledo street, 23 - Center - São Paulo.
IMPORTANT: From January 11, 2022, only the ATHLETE who presents the printed or digital Vaccine Passport on the SUS or GOVERNMENT form of their city or country, proving at least 2 (two) doses of the vaccine, will be able to access the site of kit withdrawal and withdraw your kit, according to Decree No. 60.989 of 06/01/2022, published in the Official Gazette of the City of São Paulo - DOM on January 07, 2022. This rule also extends to staff and service providers.
b - There will be no participation kit delivery on the date of the RACE nor even after it is finished.
c - The ORGANIZATION may deliver the kit in a staggered manner by scheduling the day and time in which the ATHLETE will pick up his kit, which can be defined in alphabetical order or by choosing one of the options available on the website official. For any of the forms presented and defined by the ORGANIZATION to be used, there will be a maximum limit of ATHLETES per day aiming at a flow control so that no agglomerations occur in the place. The conditions and criteria for scheduling, after defining the option to be adopted, will be disclosed through the official website and Technical Newsletters that will be sent via registered email from the ATHLETE, through news from the press office and posts on social networks.
d - When accessing the place where the kit will be delivered the body temperature will be measured and if a temperature above 37.8 °C (Celsius) is detected, access will not be allowed.
e - It is mandatory to wear a face mask in the airway region during the entire period of stay on the premises of the ATHLETES delivery location. Unmasked input will not be allowed.
f - The ORGANIZATION will make available at the place of delivery of the kit and at EXPO ATHLETE a 70% gel alcohol dispenser, and in the ATHLETE kit 02 (two) sachets, but we recommend that everyone has a spare face mask for any eventualities and their prevention personnel of products of cleaning for COVID-19.
g - To assist the ATHLETE in delivering the kit, lines will be formed with the distance marked on the floor, which must be respected and controlled by monitors.
h - All employees, service providers, monitors, coordinators and organizers present at the kit delivery will remain full-time wearing face masks and using 70% alcohol gel for the necessary cleaning during the service to the ATHLETE.
i - There will be a distance between the ATHLETE and the attendant, as well as an acrylic or similar transparent separation board at the kit delivery counter.
j - Meetings, gatherings or group meetings will not be allowed at the kit delivery location. The ORGANIZATION may limit access to the kit delivery only to the registered person without the right to a companion.
IMPORTANT: The ATHLETE or third party who is known to be in the period of COVID-19 infection or who, despite not having the diagnosis, presents symptoms of COVID-19 or fever up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to the date of removal of the kit, DOES NOT SHALL APPEAR AT THE KIT DELIVERY PLACE OR AT THE RACE, and may be civilly and criminally liable for such non-compliance. Under no circumstances will any type of refund be made for this type of occurrence.
13.1 - IDENTIFICATION
a - To remove the ATHLETE Kit, is required:
Original ID photo document (Passaport); The PROOF OF VACCINATION AT LEAST 2 DOSES OF THE VACCINE AGAINST COVID-19, 14 (fourteen) DAYS BEFORE THE START OF DELIVERY OF THE PRINTED OR DIGITAL KIT IN THE OFFICIAL FORM OF THE SUS OR GOVERNMENT OF YOUR CITY OF YOUR COUNTRY. If the passport or proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is not presented together with the identification document, the ATHLETE will not be able to access the place and the kit will not be delivered, and the ATHLETE can return at any time with the aforementioned documents while kit delivery is open or send the aforementioned documents through a third party following the rules of item 13 of the regulation for the delivery of kits to third parties.
a.1 - Registration paid via BANK SLIP: Must present the ORIGINAL, and paid, PAYMENT RECEIPT or BANK SLIP (no duplicates will be accepted, in any circumstances). This receipt will be retained when the participation Kit is delivered.
Remark 1: The registration confirmation sent by email is not valid as payment receipt. Remark 2: The registration receipt generated by the system after the registration is not valid as a payment receipt.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
a.2 - Registration paid via CREDIT CARD: Must present the REGISTRATION RECEIPT printed when the registration payment was done. This receipt shall be retained when the participation Kit is delivered.
b - For a third party to recover an ATHLETE Kit
Are considered third party for the withdrawal of Kit: The person responsible for the registration/application through which the registration of another ATHLETE was performed and another person who is going to pick up the kit other than the ATHLETE registered in the competition.

A duplicate of the ATHLETE ID document, which will also be retained during the participation Kit Delivery; Original ID photo document (Passaport) or a THIRD PARTY Passport and PROOF OF VACCINATION AT LEAST 2 DOSES OF THE VACCINE AGAINST COVID-19, 14 (fourteen) DAYS BEFORE THE START OF DELIVERY OF THE PRINTED OR DIGITAL KIT IN THE OFFICIAL FORM OF THE SUS OR GOVERNMENT OF YOUR CITY OF YOUR COUNTRY, of both (ATHLETE and THIRD PARTY). If the passport or proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is not presented together with the identification document, the ATHLETE and/or third party will not be able to access the place and the kit will not be delivered, and the ATHLETE or the third party can return at any time with said documents while the delivery of the kit is open following the rules of item 13 of the egulation for delivery of kits.
b.1 - Registration paid via CREDIT CARD: Must present the REGISTRATION RECEIPT printed when the registration payment was done. This receipt shall be retained when the participation Kit is delivered.
b.2 - Registration paid via BANK SLIP: Must present the ORIGINAL, and paid, PAYMENT RECEIPT or BANK SLIP (no duplicates will be accepted, in any circumstances). This receipt will be retained when the participation Kit is delivered.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
13.2 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
a - The ATHLETE receives a “CHEST NUMBER” with the participation Kit.
b - It is the responsibility of ATLETA and/ or the third party, duly authorized, to conference the kit at the place of withdrawal.
c - As aforementioned above for this COMPETITION, the ORGANIZATION, without any obligation, by courtesy or free will, might provide the ATHLETE the DISPOSABLE CHIP to record and register timing, which will be delivered together with the participation kit, addressing the criteria listed under item 4 of this regulation.
13.3 - INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM RESPONSABILITY TERM
I declare that I am aware that to participate in this COMPETITION and/or register I must be over 18 years old in accordance with Brazilian Law. By registering for this COMPETITION in competitions and complementary services, as responsible for it, individually or as a team, I DECLARE that:
1. I agree with the Responsibility Term below. 2. The personal data that were or will be provided to effect my registration, third parties or my team in the COMPETITION in competitions and complementary services, such as results system and participation survey, certificate issuance system and payment systems, are my full responsibility and/or that of my technical representative, leader or team coordinator, being entirely responsible for its veracity, under the penalties of the law. 3. I have read and fully agree with the COMPETITION regulations or in competitions and complementary services, available on the website www.yescom.com.br, competition websites, in this domain or from YESCOM licensees to capture registrations, social networks and e information emails, expressly refusing that all rules and rules contained therein are guided by legality, balance and common sense, so I cannot complain in the future or at any time, ignore and/or disagree with them. 4. I take part in this COMPETITION or in complementary competitions and services, by free and spontaneous will, being aware of the risks, difficulty level, originality, competition format and option, route, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and climate conditions under which it happens, exempting the ORGANIZATION, Sponsors and Directors of all liability, no matter at which level, both in my name and in my successors’. 5. I am aware and declare to be in perfect physical condition and in good health in general, being able to participate in the COMPETITION or in competitions and complementary services, being exclusively responsible for any type of damage that I may suffer or cause to third parties. If I have Covid-19 symptoms, I commit not to show up for the kit delivery and the race. 6. I am aware and declare to have adequate technical and physical capacity to participate in this COMPETITION or competitions and complementary services and to have adequately trained for an competition of this size and, if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that this same state of fullness described above in this paragraph and perfect physical condition and health applies to everyone. 7. I am aware of and agree with the technical information available on the website www.yescom.com.br and its complementary pages, social networks and informational emails, including route support services. 8. I am aware that, in case of medical care requirement, it shall be made at a competent public service, exempting the ORGANIZATION from the requirement of medical assistance at a private service institution. 9. I am aware and affirm that I will observe the adequacy and safety offered at the COMPETITION site or competitions and complementary services, as well as, when necessary, that I will fully comply with the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of Federal, State and Municipal public agencies, in situations and periods of pandemics and/or similar, and if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that they will also obey and respect them. 10. I accept all technical safety standards and procedures for the purpose of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 or similar defined and presented by competent public agencies and/or WHO (World Health Organization) and/or ORGANIZATION, and if responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that they also accept them. 11. I am fully responsible for any amounts arising from personal or material damage caused by me due to third parties in general, participants, public, ORGANIZATION and all their representatives, during my participation in this COMPETITION or competitions and complementary services, and if I am responsible for registration of third parties or a team, I declare that I will also be fully responsible if the damages were caused by them. 12. By this regulation, I grant all of my image usage rights (inclusive rights of arena), at this COMPETITION or competitions and complementary services, renouncing to the receipt of any incomes resulting from promotion materials, campaigns, information, TV broadcasts, video clips, news material, commercial sales, licensing and photographs, social media, at any time, place or means and media currently available or that come to be implemented in the market for this and other COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, resulting from the use of such images, or during the actions aforementioned described by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, ACHIEVERS, trade and media PARTNERS. 13. I am aware and I authorize the usage of image recording equipment in the COMPETITION area, such as motorcycles, vehicles, helicopters, drones and other means available for such action. 14. I am ware that, when being invited, if I sign up or register to the COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, I will automatically include myself in YESCOM database, authorizing, from now, sending to the registered electronic or physical address, any type of electronic or physical correspondence to participate in any competition of the organizer, research, feedbacks or activities developed, products or services offered by the same and / or by its partners that may be of interest to me in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br, the same applies to the registrations that I will perform as responsible for the registration of third parties or a team. 15. I assume all expenses of travel, lodging, food, national or international transfers or internal displacement from the start to the arrival or arrival to the start to the run, insurance medical assistance, security and any other required expenses, or resulting from my participation in this COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services before, during or after it is finished. 16. In case the ORGANIZATION provides free services related to transportation, accommodation and/or meals, among others, I declare that the consequent acceptance will happen only by free will, not implying in any contractual or professional attachment to the ORGANIZATION, and not configuring any type of obligation or responsibility. 17. I, as an ATHLETE, participant or representative, coach or team lead, fully agree with the COMPETITION Regulation or complementary competitions and services, as well as with my aforementioned responsibilities, at any time or place, having nothing to claim, now or in the future, regarding its norms and rules, being any eventual relationship ruled by principles of the clearest good faith. 18. I am aware that the decision and selection of including and/or excluding ATHLETES into/from the COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, resulting from the responsible coach or team option, is under their only and exclusive responsibility. The ORGANIZATION, from now, is totally exempt from any decision or evaluation, personally, directly or indirectly related to the ATHLETE, being the coach the one true responsible for the accuracy of the information provided since, if the ATHLETE is aware of his/her registration, participation, or not, in the COMPETITION, then the responsibility is their own. 19. I accept not to bear, as well as not to use, within the COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, location including running routes and kit delivery, or any other COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, public visibility area or advertising and publishing means, no material that might discriminate others in general, or with political, promotional or advertising goals, nor signs that might be seen by others without the written authorization of the ORGANIZATION; in addition, I will bear no type of material or object that might risk the COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, ATHLETES and/or other people’s safety, including the general public, being aware that, if I do so, I might be invited to retire from the COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, by the ORGANIZATION or authorities present in the aforementioned areas. 20. In case I participate in this COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, representing TEAMS and ATLHETES, SERVICE PROVIDERS and/or any media or advertising vehicle, I expressly declare to be aware and to fully agree with the COMPETITION regulation or complementary competitions and services, as well as to respect the areas defined by the ORGANIZATION, being prohibited my physical participation in the structures that support TEAMS assembled at inadequate locations or even those that interfere with the correct progress of the COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, without obtaining previous written authorization from the ORGANIZATION for such, being fully aware that, if I do so, I might be retired from the location at any time. 21. Disregarding the fact that I might be present or not during my registration, as well as during my participation kit recovery by myself or by my coach, team leader or admin, I declare to be fully aware of the whole content of this competition regulation and of my rights and obligations during the COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, having the full knowledge of the norms and rules of it, expressly granting those full and total validity, since those are based and ruled by good faith principles. 22. I declare to agree that I might obtain, by the ORGANIZATION mere liberality or courtesy, the option to choose the date and location to recover my participation kit and the size of my shirt (when these faculties are expressly available in the registration process according to the criteria related to the participation kit of the COMPETITION regulation or complementary competitions and services). 23. I am aware that all benefits resulting from my registration will be fully available only after the payment of the participation fee is effective and proven, being undisputed that it is under my exclusive responsibility to track the communication sent, via electronic mail, to my valid electronic address recorded in the ORGANIZATION registration system and/or any other system licensed and used by it; being also of my responsibility or the third party, duly authorized, the conference of the kit at the place of withdrawal; to access the resulting queries at the COMPETITION website to check for possible updates or changes in this regulation, news and information about the availability or not of the services and/or courtesy items to participate in the referred COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services. 24. I declare that when I sign up for the COMPETITION or complementary competitions and services, and make payment through the Banck Slip or the Credit Card, the sources of the resources used to make this payment come from licit and lawful means. 25. I declare that I will not give up my Chest Number of any type or modality, so that another ATHLETE can participate in the COMPETITION or in competitions and complementary services, and that, if I have this illegal attitude, I am also aware that as a result of this fraud I may suffer the consequences provided for in Brazilian law. I am aware that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and I will not have access to any previous results, as I will not be able to register for YESCOM competitions during this period or I will be banned from the registration of YESCOM, having no access to any previous results and no longer being able to subscribe to YESCOM competitions. 26. I declare that I will only use the 50% (fifty percent) discount granted by the Elder Regulation if I am already 60 years old or above. In case it is proven that I used that benefit and/or granted my Chest Number to another ATHLETE, I authorize the ORGANIZATION to issue a bank slip charge on the difference amount resulting from that discount, considering the amount I paid in my registration, and that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and I will not have access to any previous results, being unable to register for the YESCOM competitions, for that period or that I will be banned from YESCOM’s having access to no previous results and no longer being able to register for YESCOM competitions. 27. I declare I am aware that, if the ORGANIZATION receives any complaint that I might have given up my “Chest Number” to another ATHLETE, the ORGANIZATION will be duly authorized to declassify me and the related user that used my number, being that situation considered as fraud. 28. If the ORGANIZATION offers the delivery services of the DISPOSABLE CHIP, preparation of results, report and / or dissemination and publication thereof, I, the ATHLETE, am duly aware that if the correct use of the chip and installation in my body / the clothing is my entire responsibility, as well as the respective mandatory passages in the data capture mat installed on the route, as they are electronic equipment that may suffer interference and / or loss of information, and the ORGANIZATION and DIRECTORS are exempt from the responsibility of supply them. 29. I am aware that the ORGANIZATION committee might receive and/or request information from the participants to help correcting eventual problems in the supply of results, since the chip control system might suffer interference because it is a fragile electronic equipment that works in high frequencies, and that those corrections must happen within the 180 (one hundred and eighty) days term counted from the COMPETITION. 30. I am aware that the results will be available at the COMPETITION website from 72 hours from the time it is finished. 31. I will register in my list of trusted internet domains the domain @yescom and the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br in order to receive any kind of information regarding the COMPETITION or competitions and complementary services, by email. 32. I declare that I am aware that any information requested through the “FALE CONOSCO” channel through the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br can only be made by the ATHLETE responsible for the registration and/or by a duly proven first-degree relative, or even by duly constituted and authorized attorney. 33. I am aware that ATHLETES care always happens via the “FALE CONOSCO”, social networks or email faleconosco@yescom.com.br, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 12:00AM and 01:00PM to 05:00PM, not being available on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and commemorative dates, as well as from December 23 to 26, 2021 and from December 30, 2021 to January 02, 2022.
a - The delivery of the courtesay disposable Chip together with the participation Kit be held on February 11, 2022 from 10:30AM to 08:30PM and on February 12, 2022 from 10:30AM to 5:00PM on the 3rd floor of Shopping Light - Colonel Xavier de Toledo street, 23 - Center - São Paulo.
When recovering the chip, the ATHLETE should check his/her personal data.
b - Registration complaints will not be accepted after the withdrawal of the “Chest Number” from the CHIP.
c - The CHIP must be fixed to the shoelace of the right foot, in a vertical position.
d - Highlight the support/Chip on the serrated line. Gather the two ends and tie to the shoelace. Keep the red stripe up. Do not FOLD or CRUSH the Chip or PASS under the shoelace, it must be free.
e - If the ATHLETE receives the ORGANIZATIONs timing CHIP, in order to record his/her participation time in the event, its use is mandatory.
f - Each ATHLETE is responsible for his/her own CHIP, thus leaving the ORGANIZATION totally free of any problem that may occur, such as in case of loss or damage.
a - The delivery of the participation Kit for the 60-year old ATHLETES and above will happen at specific desks be held on February 11, 2022 from 10:30AM to 08:30PM and on February 12, 2022 from 10:30AM to 5:00PM on the 3rd floor of Shopping Light - Colonel Xavier de Toledo street, 23 - Center - São Paulo.
IMPORTANT: From January 11, 2022, only the ATHLETE who presents the printed or digital Vaccine Passport on the SUS or GOVERNMENT form of their city or country, proving at least 2 (two) doses of the vaccine, will be able to access the site of kit withdrawal and withdraw your kit, according to Decree No. 60.989 of 06/01/2022, published in the Official Gazette of the City of São Paulo - DOM on January 07, 2022. This rule also extends to staff and service providers.
b - The ATHLETE must submit together with the documents requested in item 13 above the PROOF OF VACCINATION AT LEAST 2 DOSES OF THE VACCINE AGAINST COVID-19, 14 (fourteen) DAYS BEFORE THE START OF DELIVERY OF THE PRINTED OR DIGITAL KIT IN THE OFFICIAL FORM OF THE SUS OR GOVERNMENT OF YOUR CITY OF YOUR COUNTRY. If the passport or proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is not presented together with the identification document, the ATHLETE will not be able to access the place and the kit will not be delivered, and the ATHLETE can return at any time with the aforementioned documents while kit delivery is open or send the aforementioned documents through a third party following the rules of item 13 of the regulation for the delivery of kits to third parties.
c - In case it is proven that the ATHLETE has been benefited by the Elder Regulation and has given up his/her “Chest Number” to another ATHLETE to run on his/her behalf, the ORGANIZATION is then authorized by the registered ATHLETE to issue a bank slip charge in the amount of the registration fee difference paid in the act of your registration. The ATHLETE that made the registration will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and will not have access to any previous result, being unable to register in YESCOM competitions for this period or will be banned from the general register YESCOM does not have access to any previous results and is no longer able to register for YESCOM competitions.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
a - The classification of ATHLETES of the ELITE Category (A / B) will be according to their placing (gross time/order of arrival) and will be published on the RACE website in the “RESULT” report.
b - The classification of ATHLETES of the GENERAL PELOTON HALF MARATHON, RACE 5K and ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES will be defined according to their placement by the net time obtained by the ATHLETE (net time = time between individual start and individual arrival), and will be published on the EVENT website in the report “ RESULT.
c - THE CLASSIFICATION / RESULTS of the official extra results of participation times picked up by the Chips will be published from 72 hours from the end of the EVENT:
- ELITE CATEGORY (HALF MARATHON), - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (HALF MARATHON), - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (5K RUN), - DISABLED ATHLETE CATEGORY (HALF MARATHON AND 5K RUN).
a - Every officially registered ATHLETE who completes the EVENT within the maximum forecasted threshold will receive a Participation Medal.
b - On the date the EVENT happens, only the 3 FIRST ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) who complete the HALF MARATHON competition in the ELITE SQUAD CATEGORY and actually win (extra-officially) AWARDS (trophies) will receive those.
c - There will be no AGE GROUP awards ceremony at the podium, trophies’ delivery, or subsequent shipment by mail.
d - No other AWARDS, except for those listed under items 17.1 - letter “a” and 17.5 - letter “a”, will be delivered on the EVENT date.
e - Awards are not cumulative.
f - All ATHLETES who are called to receive AWARDS must immediately be heading to the awards delivery area.
g - Access to the podium for the delivery of trophies will be restricted to ATHLETES who are called, upon presentation of an identity document with photo, access to escorts and/or fans is not allowed, so as not to generate agglomerations.
h - When there is any type of money, vehicle, motorcycles or consumption/incentive asset awards for reaching goals, the listed amounts will be the ones spent by the ORGANIZATION, and each winning ATHLETE must pay for their related fees, taxes, charges, documentation and change ownership procedures.
i - Incentive AWARDS for reaching goals (including trophies, special medals or any other type of money, vehicle, motorcycles or consumption asset awards) shall be delivered ONLY to the respective ATHLETE.
j - Prizes in incentive money for the objective achieved by the ATHLETES to which they are entitled, will be deposited in a checking or savings account in the name of the ATHLETE or attorney-in-fact duly and officially constituted and authorized by the ATHLETE, after the disclosure by the ORGANIZATION of the official result of the proof, which is linked to the official report by Organs competent bodies and to the receipt of data and authorization of payment from the ATHLETE by the ORGANIZATION.
k - In case of a cash prize, the ATHLETE must comply with the criteria required by the ORGANIZATION, informing through the Payment Request Document, that the ATHLETE will receive, via e-mail, all the necessary data to effect the payment. The return of the Payment Request Document to the ORGANIZATION must be carried out within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days. Awards may be paid in installments of different amounts and dates in the beneficiarys account.
l - The process of payment of the prizes will begin after the official results are announced and homologated by the competent entities, with a maximum deadline of up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the moment that the ORGANIZATION receives the documentation with information for payment of the respective winners who do the right to the awards.
m - For AWARDS granted through trophies or special medals, those shall be delivered to the ATHLETE ONLY on the RACE date.
n - In case the ATHLETE requests any awards to be delivered to third parties, he/she must email a formal authorization letter, signed and proven by a notary, along with a legal duplicate of his/her ID documents to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, informing in the SUBJECT the word “PREMIAÇÃO” (awards) and in the email body he/she must explain his/her absence from the awards ceremony.
o - The ATHLETES that do not return the AWARDS letter to the ORGANIZATION within the 180 (one hundred and eighty) days term after receiving it, accepts that the awards amount is donated to a Philanthropist Institution that cares for People suffering from Cancer in the city of the COMPETITION.
p - The official RACE results for the MEN and WOMEN ELITE CATEGORY ranked among the 1st and the 10th places depend on the CBAt or another authority official disclosure of the anti-doping exams or on any other constraint that the ORGANIZATION must obey.
q - The ORGANIZATION has the right to include any other type of awards to be published in the COMPETITION website.
r - There will be no subsequent shipment of the earned trophies to the respective ATHLETES/TEAMS that were not present during the awards ceremony on the date of the COMPETITION.
a - The FIRST 3 ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) classified in the ELITE CATEGORY and in the HALF MARATHON shall receive, besides the participation medal, a trophy and/or a special medal.
b - There is no forecast of any kind of prize money in the 15th SAO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON, as this edition is intended to celebrate life, the practice sports and well-being and be part of the resumption of the Racing calendar of São Paulo Street. If there is an award, it will be informed before the RACE.

17.5 - WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY AWARDS
a - The FIRST 3 ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) to complete the competition under the WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY will receive, besides the participation medal, a trophy or a special medal.
b - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY has its START line set to a different time and has Special AWARDS, not competing with other categories.
c - It is mandatory to use helmets and 3-wheeled chairs, which must be adequate and adapted for competitions, in the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY, not being allowed to use (daily) social use wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, hand cycles or third parties’ help.
Technical Observation: The WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY is for ATHLETES that use the 3-wheeled competition wheelchairs and use both hands to move the equipment through its wheels, and not with ratchets, manual pedals, chains or other mechanical elements that favor movement.
d - It is forbidden the participation of ATHLETES who do not address this Regulation Norms.
e - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE cannot race without his/her helmet.
17.6 - DISABLED ATHLETE CATEGORY AWARDS
a - There will be no awards ceremony and trophies delivered to the disabled ATHLETES who complete the competition, only medals.
b - The ATHLETE who participates in the DISABLED ATHLETE CATEGORY shall not be entitled to any other type of bonus except that provided for in his category.
18.1 - KIT DELIVERY OF ELITE ATHLETES AND WHEELCHAIR ELITE
IMPORTANT: From January 11, 2022, only the ATHLETE who presents the printed or digital Vaccine Passport on the SUS or GOVERNMENT form of their city or country, proving at least 2 (two) doses of the vaccine, will be able to access the site of kit withdrawal and withdraw your kit, according to Decree No. 60.989 of 06/01/2022, published in the Official Gazette of the City of São Paulo - DOM on January 07, 2022. This rule also extends to staff and service providers.
a - The delivery of the kit for ELITE ATHLETES and WHEELCHAIR ELITE will be held in the same place as the kit for the General Squad and Athletes with Disabilities categories, complying with all the welfare and safety criteria described in item 13 of the regulation.
b - In order to access the kit collection site, there will be a screening and it will be necessary for the ATHLETE or his TECHNICIAN to present the documents listed below, which must also be presented to remove the kit:
Original ID photo document (RG, RNE or Passaport); PROOF OF VACCINATION AT LEAST 2 DOSES OF THE VACCINE AGAINST COVID-19, 14 (fourteen) DAYS BEFORE THE START OF DELIVERY OF THE PRINTED OR DIGITAL KIT IN THE OFFICIAL FORM OF THE SUS OR GOVERNMENT OF YOUR CITY OR COUNTRY, of both (ATHLETE and his TECHNICIAN). If proof of vaccination against COVID-19 and the test result are not presented together with the identification document, the kit will not be delivered to the ATHLETE and/or his TECHNICIAN, and he may return at any time with the referred documents while the delivery the kit is open or the sending of said documents is done by third parties following the rules of item 13 of the regulation for delivery of kits to third parties.
c - If the third party does not present the ATHLETEs documents referring to COVID-19, or the ATHLETE is not vaccinated against COVID-19 or refuses to forward it through the third party for presentation for not accepting and agreeing with the vaccination, the ATHLETE may request his kit without chest number and without the medal through faleconosco@yescom.com.br from 35 (thirty-five) business days after the COMPETITION, which will be sent by the ORGANIZATION by a specialized carrier. The ATHLETE must bear the postage costs, calculated based on the city of São Paulo, which will be informed in the response to the request. The ORGANIZATION will be able to fulfill the request in an average period of up to 90 (ninety) business days.
IMPORTANT: The ATHLETE or his technician or third party who is known to be in the period of COVID-19 infection or who, despite not having the diagnosis, presents symptoms of COVID-19 or fever up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to the date of removal of the kit, DOES NOT SHALL APPEAR AT THE KIT DELIVERY PLACE OR AT THE RACE, and may be civilly and criminally liable for such non-compliance. Under no circumstances will any type of refund be made for this type of occurrence.
18.2 - TECHNICAL CONGRESS
a - In the 15th edition of the SAO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON - SPECIAL EDITION there will be no Technical Congress.
a - In the 15th edition of the SAO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON, the ORGANIZATION, preserving the safety of all participants and aiming to exclude any and all types of conditions in the EVENT that may generate agglomerations, will not provide spaces in the Arena for the concentration of ATHLETES, including the Tent VIP, this edition will be an EVENT for the celebration of life, the practice of sport and well-being and the return to the street racing event calendar.
b -Considering the new criteria adopted to carry out the CONTEST, enrollment in the PREMIUM SQUAD will include all the items that make up the IPIRANGA REGISTRATION, in addition to the Match Ahead with the Elite Squad.
a - THE ORGANIZATION, with the objective of prioritizing and preserving the safety and well-being of the ATHLETES officially registered in the EVENT at the 15th edition of the SAO PAULO INTL HALF MARATHON WILL NOT PROVIDE SPACE FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF ASSISTANT/COACHING TENTS WITH THE PURPOSE OF AVOIDING CROWDING AND, IT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ANY TYPE OF ASSEMBLY OF TENTS, STRUCTURES OR RESERVATIONS OF SPACES OF CORRIDORS GROUPS AND/OR SPORTS ADVISORY SERVICES.

There will be no service on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and commemorative dates.
d - We would like to inform that there will be no customer care for the EVENT over the CONTACT US phone, via email or social networks from december 23 to 26, 2021 and from december 30, 2021 to january 02, 2022.
e - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to change any of the items in this regulation referring to technical and procedural specificities without prior notice, including the date and place of the EVENT, according to the needs of the same, informing these changes in a new regulation that will be made available on the EVENT website.
g - The doubts or omissions in this regulation will be resolved by the ORGANIZING Commission and / or by the ORGANIZERS / DIRECTORS in a sovereign way, with no recourse to these decisions.
